Use

If you select this checkbox, the registrations of all selected employees that are participating in the ELStAM procedure are changed. The system does not check whether the employee is registered with the clearing house.

Change of registrations of employees (identified by ID number and employer tax number) whose employment relationship is not registered on the key date of the change of registration are rejected with the error notification Ab-/Ummeldung des Arbeitnehmers (IdNr und Geburtsdatum) ist nicht möglich, weil kein Arbeitsverhältnis besteht (Deregistration or change of registration of employee (ID no. and date of birth) is not possible as no employment relationship exists) (error code 552020300).

Dependencies

The Change of Registration checkbox must be selected.

Example

After a system start, the registrations of all employees are to be changed with the clearing house. The registration with the clearing house already occurred in the old system and is not available in the new system.
