Definition

Adjustment of basic pay (additional simulation specifications)

Use

Directly valuated basic pay (IT 0008) is adjusted for the simulation in Processing class 70 due to its coding (see report documentation RPCATXD0).

For indirectly valuated wage types, there are four possibilities for how the simulation report can proceed:

  • The employment level is halved. This has an indirect effect on valuated wage types.
  • The employment percentage (infotype 0007) is halved. This only works with hourly wages, however.
  • An alternative work schedule rule (for persons in semiretirement) is specified in which only half as many work hours are specified. But it is then necessary for corresponding features (reduction methods in table T511) to be entered for the wage types in basic pay as well.
  • The fourth alternative applies especially for the collective agreement for flexible semiretirement (FlexAZ) in the public sector. No reduction based on the employment fraction occurs here. However, the wage types are halved in general after their valuation.

Dependencies

These possible settings have no effect, however, if the relevant employee is already in semiretirement. Then these settings (basic pay amounts, employment percentage, and so on) are simply transferred unchanged.
