Definition
Specifies the employee's entitlement to the child component in the family-related bonus.
Use
Depending on which entry you select, the system adds the child component for this child to the family-related bonus:
- Counted Child / No Entitlement - no payment
- Child - payment
- Variable addition - amount depends on numerator/denominator combination
- (Non-EU) addition - no (monthly) increase amount for child component
If you select Child (Variable) or Child (Non-EU, Var.) , the system displays additional fields for entering the numerator and denominator. The system reduces the child component according to this numerator/denominator combination. This reduction is in addition to the part-time reduction.
If you select Child (Non-EU) or Child (Non-EU, Var.), the system calculates, irrespective of the wage group assignment, no (monthly) increase amount for the child. The child is also not taken into account when the number of children is determined for the increase amount. The increase amount is a monthly bonus for the child component calculated per child for the lower pay scale groups.
