Definition

Set this switch if you actually want to make the changes.

The report response depends on the selected type of conversion.

  • If the switch is set (update run)
    • Direct input
      • For infotype records for which all selected components of occupational code TS 2010 can be determined, the change is made in the database.
      For infotype records for which not all selected components can be determined, the components can be maintained manually in the output list.
    • Batch input
      • Infotype records for which all selected components of occupational code TS 2010 can be determined are taken into account in the generated batch input session.
      Infotype records for which not all selected components of occupational code TS 2010 can be determined are not taken included in the generated batch input session. For these records, manual maintenance in the output list is possible. By pressing the Convert button, a new batch input session is generated with the changes.
  • If the switch is not set (test run)

    No changes are made in the infotype and no batch input session is generated. In the output list for the components that cannot be determined completely, the fields cannot be maintained manually.
