Definition

When you set the Select only locked records indicator, you can already process locked data records.

You can process all personnel numbers that are locked for the selected infotype at the same time. For example, you can unlock all data records at once.

When you want to process a personnel number that is not locked for the selected infotype, the system issues the relevant error message. entsprechende Fehlermeldung aus.

If you do not set the indicator, all personnel numbers can be processed.
