Definition
The percentage of an overproduced owner�s entitlement volume is given as makeup for the production month.
This percentage should not be used to determine the makeup volume an underproduced owner will receive. All underproduced owners who have been approved for makeup will receive payback volume that is distributed proportionately to each underproduced owner in the group.
