Definition

When the Auto Select indicator is selected for a delivery network, the network is then available for batch processing.

The Valuation Batch Process processes all delivery networks through Valuation/Revenue Distribution that (1) have been selected by the Selection Driver and (2) have the Auto Select indicator selected.

The Selection Driver creates a document containing all the transactions for a given network/sales date combination. The Selection Driver creates documents for:

• all available delivery networks that have the Auto Select indicator selected
• all delivery networks with prior period notifications
• all rejected delivery networks.

You can review and monitor documents launched by the Batch Process with the Valuation Document Work List transaction.

If the Auto Select indicator is not selected, then the network can be processed only with the Valuation Document Work List transaction.
