Definition
Use this flag to identify document object types that are to be hidden from a document flow report. By using this flag you may define summarised document flow reports that using the standard navigation functions.
For example standard navigation functions exist to navigate the following document flow:
PM Order --> Transport requisition --> Transport order --> Delivery
By flaggin the objects types 'Transport requisition' and 'Transport order' as hidden it is possible to define a document flow profile that allows reporting a document flow directly from PM order to delivery:
PM Order --> Delivery
