Definition
This flag indicates if a TD shipment is closed automatically when the actualized quantity of the nomination equals the scheduled quantity (within nomination tolerances). At this stage also the nomination header status is set to 'Closed'.
The problem can be that the TD shipment cannot be re-opened after the freight calculation.
