Definition
The plant defined as receiver of stock from a delivery made to a customer. The mapping of plant and optionally storage location to customer is made for the purposes of logically modelling consignment stock at customer.
In this way sales orders of the same order type can be used for all customer orders, irrespective of whether the stock is purchased directly by the customer or supplied to the customer on a consignment basis.
