Definition
The maximum quantity of a referenced item that is called-off on the order can be restricted not to exceed the available quantity remaining on the contract.
This defines the type of message produced if the restriction is triggered.
The possible values define what action the system takes:
' ' - No action taken
'E' - Error message - You will have to comply with the restriction
'W' - Warning message - You are warned of the violation
'I' - Information messsage - You are informed of violation
