Definition
A view is a concrete expression of a view type for a view. "Occupancy" is a view type, and the occupancy of care unit X is a view.
A view is defined by defining a selection variant, a layout (display variant), and a function variant. Views are assigned to work environments, and consequently, to the user.
Views are used in different areas (for example, Clinical Work Station).
You can use any name that does not begin with "S" (SAP namespace).
