The actual quantity of 'standard units' in a delivery for the carrier is calculated during circulation planning as the difference between the planned quantity for the entire delivery quantity and the planned quantities for promotional copies and reserves in a delivery. The value can be changed once planning is completed. This actual quantity includes the 'standard units' that were delivered by the carrier and are to be included in settlement. 'Standard units' in a delivery are all issues that are not delivered as reserves (miscounts, planning reserve, subsequent delivery reserve) or as promotional copies (targetted promotional copies, random distribution copies).
The actual quantity is determined exclusively for the delivery type 'home delivery'. It remains blank for all other deliveries.
