Definition

Represents the percentage deduction off the normal item price that the pricing condition in the credit memo request uses to calculate the refund amount.

Use

The return refund code is used to calculate how much of the original item value is to be refunded during returns refund determination (RRD). The system can determine it automatically from the combination of inspection code and return reason, but the user can also select it manually.

Dependencies

Example

Refund code R01 = 10 % reduction = 90 % refund

If the item value of the original order item were 100 euros, the customer would receive a credit memo for 90 euros.
