Definition

Specifies that the system is to use the limit values you have defined for the ranges of coverage (stock days' supply, 1st and 2nd receipt days' supply) in the evaluation profile for range-of-coverage data.

Use

If you set the indicator and save, the system shows the evaluation profile assigned to the material in a dialog box and also displays the limit values with the associated traffic lights that you have defined in the evaluation profile. In the evaluation of the ranges of coverage for the selected material, the system then uses the limit values from the evaluation profile and displays the relevant traffic-light status in the header details. You choose the material by positioning the cursor on the relevant line.

If you do not set the indicator, the system displays the user-specific limit values. You can change these values. In the evaluation of the ranges of coverage for the selected material the system then uses these user-specific limit values. For the setting to be effective, you must also save here.
