Documentation
Definition
Flag used if checking the existence of reference personnel numbers.
Supplementary Documentation - MCYES 0001
Use
If you want to check whether reference personnel numbers exist, choose Yes.
As a result, the system checks whether reference personnel numbers are included in the personnel numbers selected (existence of infotype "Reference Personnel Numbers"). If the system finds reference personnel numbers, they are listed in the log and passed on to the payroll program.
Checking for reference personnel numbers is very time-consuming.
Dependencies
There is no point in checking whether reference personnel numbers exist unless the option "Using multiple payroll?" was marked No when the payroll parameters were set. Otherwise, the system assumes that reference personnel numbers may be selected and proceeds accordingly.
If payroll is not set up for multiple payroll, the payroll program does not offer multiple payroll as an option and the field "Using multiple payroll?" is set to the default No.
