Use
If you do not want to check whether reference personnel numbers exist, choose No.
As a result, the system does not check whether reference personnel numbers are included in the personnel numbers selected (existence of infotype "Reference Personnel Numbers").
If any reference personnel numbers exist, they are passed on to the payroll program.
Dependencies
There is no point in checking whether reference personnel numbers exist unless the option "Using multiple payroll?" was marked No when the payroll parameters were set. Otherwise, the system assumes that reference personnel numbers may be selected and proceeds accordingly.
If payroll is not set up for multiple payroll, the payroll program does not offer multiple payroll as an option and the field "Using multiple payroll?" is set to the default No.
