Use

Specifies a line identification. The value must not be continuous or unbroken.

Example

When you post a goods movement via the function module MB_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT (SAP internal use), you can preassign this field in the transfer structure IMSEG.

This value is also contained in the return structure EMSEG and in the material document in the database. It is numbered, even if automatic lines are added or lines are not posted.
