Definition

Specifies a key you can use to call up a standard text stipulating the reason for a goods movement (for example, reason for a return delivery).

Dependencies

For each movement type, you can define in Customizing for Inventory Management

• whether a reason must or can be specified, and
• which reasons are allowed

Procedure

When you enter the goods movement, enter the key of the desired standard text and choose Proceed.

The system displays the relevant standard text on the item screen.
