Definition
Formatted name of the superior, which is entered in the Supervisor area field with corresponding personnel number, in the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001).
Use
This field is an additional field in the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001). You can use this field as a selection and output field in SAP and Ad-Hoc queries. You can define the name format for each employee in the Personal Data infotype (0002).
Dependencies
The formatted name of the superior is taken from his/her Organizational Assignment infotype record (0001).
The contents of this field are not compared to the additional query field (DS:DE.MANAGER>Name of superior (via Org.Structure). In other words, these two fields can contain different data, if, for example, you maintain data on a person other than the direct superior in the Organizational Assignment infotype (0001), under Supervisor area.
