Definition
The TO processing comment field represents a code (up to 4 digits) which provides information about the processing of a transfer order. This code is linked to a long text.
If the actual deviation between the planned TO processing time and the actual processing time exceeds a preset threshold, the system requires the entry of this TO processing code. For example, this entry could include the reason for the deviation in processing time. The system only takes deviations into consideration in which the actual processing time is greater than the planned processing time -- that is, cases in which it takes longer than expected to process the transfer order.

Procedure
Maintain these codes and the associated long texts in Customizing under Define TO processing comment code. While entering actual data into the system, you can enter this code for the current transfer order. It is saved in the TO header.
