Definition

Number that identifies a rate step. This number is assigned internally when you create rate steps.

Use

The logical number of the rate step is a link between the rate step and the schema step. If you change a rate step, this immediately affects the schema.

Examples

  • Inserting a rate in a schema

Effect on schema: a schema step is created automatically for each rate step. The rate step data is only displayed in the schema and cannot be changed there.

  • Changing an operand in a rate step

Effect on schema: all changes are automatically effective in the schemas in which the rate is used.

  • Deleting a rate step

Effect on schema: the rate step is automatically deleted from all schemas in which the rate is used.

  • Adding new a rate stop to a rate

Effect on schema: you must change all affected schemas manually.
