Definition
In the Warehouse Management system, several dependant TO items can be generated for one TO item that is original and recognized by the delivery. These dependant TO items are communicated to the delivery during confirmation.
When the picked quantity is verified to the delivery, the system must take into consideration the fact that the picked quantity of the original TO item may need to be reduced.
Normally, this reduction is carried out when the TO item is confirmed and the system recognizes on its own during delivery processing that this reduction must take place.
In some cases, however, it is not possible for the system to make this decision during delivery processing. You can then use the interface to explicitly request that the picked quantity of the original PO item be offset, if this indicator is set (X).
