Use
- If this indicator is set, you can use materials of this kind.
- If this indicator is not set, the system does the following:
- Hides the corresponding fields in the material master
- Deactivates the corresponding checks
Procedure

Dependencies
If you do not use materials of this kind, we recommend that you cancel the indicator for the following reasons:
- Reduces the runtime
- Simplifies material master maintenance
You can set it again at any time.
If you cancel the indicator, the system checks whether materials of this kind have already been used as a reference. If they have, a where-used list is displayed and the indicator cannot be cancelled.
