Documentation
Definition
Mark field with a cross.
Supplementary Documentation - KREUZ 0100
Use
If this field is marked with a cross, you must not forget to specify the cost center when you are creating events.
Supplementary Documentation - KREUZ 7001
Use
Indicator for organizer.
If this field is marked with a cross, objects belonging to this category are also allowed as organizers of an event.
Supplementary Documentation - KREUZ 7002
Use
Indicator for creating attendees.
If this field is marked with a cross, individual attendees are recreated as objects in the system for the specified company type. Otherwise, they are searched for on the database.
The contents of this field are only relevant if an attendee type has been specified for the company type, that is, if you are allowed to maintain individual attendees.

Use
Flag: Available rooms only
If this flag is set when rebooking events, the program searches for an available room for the rebooking. The change therefore only affects the time and/or room scheduled for the event.
Supplementary Documentation - KREUZ 7004
Use
Flag: Reserved rooms only
If this flag is set when you are rebooking events, the program searches for a room already reserved. In other words, the rooms for the selected event are exchanged with the rooms reserved for another event.
Supplementary Documentation - KREUZ 7005
Use
When you are rebooking or copying an event, this field must be flagged if you wish to have the same room as the one originally chosen for the event.
If you are copying an event, this means that the program checks whether the same room is available at the time requested. If it is, the copied event will take place in this room. If the room is not available, you will have to choose another room from the list of free rooms provided.
The flags for available and/or reserved rooms will also affect rebookings. If you mark the option for available rooms, the program checks whether the same room is free, just as it does for rebookings. In the case of reserved rooms, the event being rebooked is meant to be exchanged with the event taking place in the reserved room. The program therefore checks whether just one event is taking place in the reserved room at the requested time. If this is so, the event you rebook will take place in the same room. If not, you will have to choose from the list of available rooms proposed by the program.
Supplementary Documentation - KREUZ 7006
Use
When events are being rebooked or copied, the user can flag the option that the room for the rebooked or copied event have at least the same equipment as the original event. The program then automatically limits the list of rooms available. Before actually selecting from the list, you can again change the amount of equipment needed. This change will, in turn, immediately affect the list of rooms shown on the screen.
