Documentation
Definition
If you select this parameter, then the system does not plan the memo records on Saturday or Sunday, but plans them on the following Monday.
This applies only to memo records that are to be created by the copy function, and not to the memo record you enter as a basis for the copy function.
If you select daily as the increment, then this parameter affects the following memo records.
Example:
Increment in days: 3
Beginning on Sunday
Memo records are then created for:
Sunday (The entered memo record; date is not pushed forward, but a warning is issued.)
Wednesday (Sunday + 3 days)
Monday (Wednesday + 3 days -> Saturday -> pushed forward to Monday)
Thursday (Monday + 3 days)
and so on.
If you created memo records with an expiration date, the system also uses the date pushed forward (that is, Monday instead of Saturday or Sunday) to calculate the expiration date. If, for example, the expiration date is the same as the planning date in the memo record you create, then the expiration date also applies to all the copies made. If the expiration date is one day after the planning date, this will be the same in the copies too.
If you do not set this parameter and then perhaps plan on Saturday and Sunday, you can still use the option in the cash position and the liquidity forcast to accumulate the amounts to Monday.
