Definition
Used for Combined Fixed Rate Producing Overhead in the U.S. and for Operations and Maintenance producing well counts in Canada.
A different statistical ratio can be created for each well depth class. The number of producing wells in a period can be posted to the cost object using standard CO functionality. The number of wells posted to the ratio will be compared to the threshold amounts for the JOA to which the cost object belongs. The threshold rate will then be multiplied by the number of wells exceeding the threshold count.
