Definition
This element is the owner suspensed flag. When a partner should be placed in suspense, this flag is set to 'X' on the Partner Equity Table (T8JQ). A partner is placed in suspense when records for that partner should not currently be billed out. Instead, the operator bears the expenses until the point in time when suspense is removed.
When a partner is removed from suspense, this flag should be blanked out.
