Documentation
Definition
Indicates whether the system should take taxes which refer to a business partner (i.e. payer/payee) into account during pricing. Examples of these types of taxes are VAT as output tax for the payer or as input tax for the payee.
Use
Billing a cusatomer order:
The system copies the tax classification from the tax information which is found in the customer master record of the payer. The system uses tax classification together with the country key (identifies the country of the customer) during pricing in order to detrmine the relevant taxes.
Sales agent settlement:
Business partner tax classification information is found in the sales agent contract. The system uses tax classification together with the country key (taken from the purchasing organization of the sales agent contract) to determine the relevant taxes.
