Definition
Inclusion of new delivery schedule items in sequenced JIT call movement data (call components) to replace old, rejected delivery scheduling agreement items with the same customer, customer material, unloading point and usage indicator.
Use
The system determines all the scheduling agreements for which a reason for rejection was defined ('old JIT material'). The system then checks to see if a scheduling agreement with the same data but without a rejection reason exists ('new JIT material'). The system then displays a list of all materials for which undelivered JIT calls exist (references to 'old' JIT material).
These references to an old JIT material (with a rejection reason) are changed so that they refer to the new material. Depending on the amount of data involved, this might take some time. For this reason, please execute this function during a work break.
- Select this option, and choose Execute.
- A list of replaceable materials appears. Select the materials that you want to replace, and choose Execute.
Hinweis
Call camponents that have already been delivered are not changed. If the components group has already been delivered ( a delivery number exists), the reference to the old scheduling agreement is retained.
