Documentation
Definition
The average transfer price (opportunity interest rate) in local currency is calculated on the basis of the opportunity contribution and the average volume of the transaction for the respective reporting period. The average is stored as the interest rate per annum.
The various ways of calculating the opportunity interest rate are described in the costing rule.
Use
You can evaluate the average transfer price based on the local currency yield curve for the reporting period at line item level. The average transfer price in the local currency is only determined for transactions for which no cash flow is stored. Transactions with a stored cash flow have a constant transfer price (Transfer Price according to Local Currency Yield Curve), which is stored in the cash flow header.
