Definition
Indicator that determines whether additional splitting is generally performed at packaging level for the relevant recycling partner
Use
If the indicator is set for the recycling partner, the splitting factor with which all packaging components (and consequently their constituent parts), which are assigned to this recycling partner, are weighted, is calculated as follows:
I. The calculation formulas for additional recycling partners are applied for splitting records, , which are exclusively defined at company code and country level.
Here a splitting factor of 0% may contribute to splitting calculation, if the corresponding packaging component is not completely (100%) settled by other recycling partners (main recycling partner, normal splitting at article level or regional processing).
The following formulas do not apply to splitting records defined at sales area (at least sales organization) or vendor level. Here the splitting quota stored in the splitting table is applied directly (see II.)
- If the splitting factor of the article is not 0:
- Formula for recycling partners, who are not assigned to the article as additional recycling partners:
Resulting splitting factor for packaging component =
splitting factor article * (1 - sum of splitting factors of all active additional recycling partners assigned to this packaging component) - Formula for recycling partners, who are assigned to the article as additional recycling partners:
Resulting splitting factor for packaging component =
splitting factor article * (1 - sum of splitting factors of all active non-additional recycling partners assigned to this packaging component) - If the splitting factor of the article is 0.
- Formula for recycling partner
Resulting splitting factor for packaging component =
1 - sum of splitting factors of all active non-additional recycling partners assigned to this packaging component
II. The splitting percentage stored in the splitting table is evaluated, if a percentage is defined at a sales area level below the company code.
When this indicator is set, the corresponding indicator in the detail view of packaging assignment in the partner-dependent article maintenance dialog is hidden.
This indicator is set be default, if this global indicator is set.
If global additional splitting at packaging level is consequently reset, the indicator is still set for the maintained articles.
