Indicator that identifies settlement-relevant billing documents/material documents for the declaration.
Use
If this indicator is set, all billing items/material documents that have been identified by the REA data filters as relevant for settlement, but for which an REA article has not been created, are recorded in the log file with the message 760, when a declaration is executed.
