Set User Exit BOM Explosion indicator
Use
If the indicator is set, you can use a function module other than CSAP_MAT_BOM_READ
for the bill of material (BOM) explosion in REA.
Dependencies
The level of detail and persistence of the log can be specified using the fields with the same name.
@5D@ If the BOM explosion is configured so that you work with plant changeover and change BOM usage, recursive relationships (cyclical graphs) can occur over system boundaries. In such cases, the user has to see to it that the Recursiveness Allowed indicator is set for one assembly within a cyclical graph. Otherwise, the explosion runs in an endless loop.
Example
If you enter J_7L_RCSAP_MAT_BOM_READ
with the application key SAPMJ7LM and subitem 1 in REA Customizing, it is possible to read bills of material in a distributed landscape and to analyze them in REA. The function module requires a further entry for the application key J7LC and subitem 1 to determine the logical target address to the other system.
