Sets the secondary event date to the first day of the month after either (a) you submitted the asset registration documents to the state or (b) you capitalized the assets, whichever comes later.

Example

You submit the asset registration documents to the state on 30 December and enter the date in the asset master record. You then capitalize the asset on 31 January, by making a transfer posting from an intermediate asset record to a real asset record.

When you run this report, it sets the secondary event date to 1 February.
