Documentation
Definition
Saves the totals of the current additional sheet in the database. This allows better performance, since, for the next additional sheet, the system can retrieve data from the database instead of calculating the totals again.
Note
Use this option only if you are certain that the results are correct and will not change later.
Use
Dependencies
This checkbox is enabled only if you select the Create Additional Sheets and the Calc. Totals from Prev. Sheets checkboxes.
This functionality is supported only if:
- You specify single values for both the current and the closed fiscal periods instead of value ranges of periods and/or posting dates
- You define the periods in months or quarters
