If this indicator is selected, the system takes the correct spelling from the substitution table for substitutions where a phonetic search is used. The spelling query is deactivated.
This is explained in the following example:
The publishing company wants to abbreviate the names of the cities in its main distribution area. The main distribution area comprises the cities Buffalo, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. These city names are now to be abbreviated using the initial letters so that they need not be written out in full. The purpose of this indicator is to deactivate the dialog box that appears querying the spelling of the city name.
