Definition
If this indicator is selected, the copy numbers of the first or last copy to be delivered in the validity period are displayed for this media product family in the order items in Media Sales and Distribution. However, the validity period is not checked for publication dates.
Use
Select the indicator for magazines (non-dailies) whose price basis in the order is a unit price.
Do not select the indicator for daily newspapers.
The input help on the valid-from and valid-to dates in the order items in M/SD lists the media issues in the product family with their copy numbers for selection.
Requirements
If a media product family contains several media products, you must ensure that the media issues of the products have the same copy number on one publication date.
Note
Moving the publication date of a media issue does not affect the related order items. The order items that start or end with this media issue can be modified for each specific publisher by batch input.
