Definition of the validity period for the provisional products update.
Use
Select this option to modify the validity start for assignments, which are changed as a result of the 'new' external product (S&P) in the link table, so it matches the validity start of the existing provisional product. If you do not use this option, the entry date is used as the validity start in the "provisional products" worklist.
