Use
For each material, enter the quantity in the catalog unit of measure ( UM column), as of which quantity totaling across the quantity-based procedures (Single PC) column) relevant to the consumed materials (Material Number column) yields the relevant official procedure (Summary PC column).
This summary PC is yielded by the total quantity of the related single-quantity PC's. The total quantity of the single quantity PC's must be large enough for the first level of the possible summary PC to be reached. The first level is the summary PC for which the minimum quantity in the Quantity From columns is exceeded for the first time.
The system calculates the total quantity of a single-quantity PC from the material consumption and the catalog unit of measure by first calculating the single-quantity PC and quantity relevant for each consumed material and then totaling all relevant single quantities for each identical single-quantity PC.
