Definition
This checkbox lets you stipulate which fields are to be set to Hold.
When this checkbox is flagged for a field, the system transfers the value for the corresponding field in the entry table from the preceding row. Flagging this option is identical to choosing the Hold function for a column in the entry table. There is no point in specifying a fixed value for a field and setting this same field to hold.
