Definition
The Full Patient History function lists all changes to the patient master data since the patient was entered in the system.
Only changes to the following data are relevant:
- Names
- Name components and nationality
- Address
- SI number and external patient ID
- Employer data
The fields highlighted in the list indicate a change to the field content always in relation to the most recent patient master data.
