Definition
By setting this parameter, you specify that you do not want to be able to enter referral diagnoses in the diagnosis documentation.
Consequently, the Referral diagnosis indicator does not appear in the data screens of diagnosis editing and is not available for evaluations.
You can manage the following two diagnosis categories in the IS-H System:
- Referral diagnosis for inpatients or outpatients
- Treatment diagnosis
The referral diagnosis for outpatients or referral diagnosis for outpatients is the diagnosis which is noted on referral documents presented by the patient.
