Definition
Set this indicator, if you do not want to roll up just the plan or budget values of the current measures/appropriation requests, but also want to roll up the plan or budget values of old measures/appropriation requests, which were (statistically) carried forward using the Open New Approval Year function.
Use
This indicator only plays a role if the Closing Old Approval Year function was not yet performed, but you will perform it at a later point in time. By setting this indicator, you can already have the system roll up the plan or budget values that would normally first result after the old approval year is closed.
Dependencies
You can only set this indicator if you carry out this function for a complete investment program, that is, without entering a point of entry position.
Since the plan or budget values of the old measures/appropriation requests are then also rolled up into the current values of the investment program, the system completely deletes any (statistical) carryforward of the plan or budget values from old measures/appropriation requests that may have been generated the last time when the Open New Approval Year function was performed.
