Set this indicator if you want to reduce the budget values on the investment program by the sum of the budget values of the selected (closed) measures.

Note: During the reorganization of an investment program, it is not possible to deselect this indicator. This means that it is not possible to detach (closed) measures without correspondingly reducing the budget values on the investment program at the same time.
