Definition

Set this indicator, if you want the system to automatically make a consistent transfer of the program plan values when you reassign measures or appropriation requests.

• The system then reduces the plan values on the sending program position (the position from which the subordinate position is being moved) and the positions above it in the hierarchy. The sending position plan values are reduced by the same amount as the total of the plan values on the measure that is being reassigned
  The system increases the plan values on the receiving program position (the position to which the subordinate position is being moved) and the positions above it in the hierarchy. The receiving position plan values are increased by the total amount of the plan values on the measure that is being reassigned.

Caution:

You have to make sure that the sending program position has at least the same amount of current plan as the total of the plan values on the measure being reassigned!
