Definition
Function for deleting old document groups to improve the runtime when you access the document group table.
Use
With the reorganization run you can delete manual assignments of items from previous fiscal years. Make sure that the items are cleared. If you delete items from the assignment table that were still open on key dates relevant for the reconciliation, they appear in the worklist again after the next automatic reconciliation run.
