Definition
Use
You can define a priority of between 1 and 9 for every task. 1 means the highest priority, and 9 the lowest priority. By default, a task has a priority of 5. This means that if you do not specify a priority for a task, the system uses priority 5.
The system only displays the tasks with the highest priority in the workflow inbox of the relevant assigned performer. Tasks with a lower priority are assigned to the claim handler but not displayed in the workplace.
In the claim, however, the system displays all existing tasks with information on the priority in the list of pending tasks.
Dependencies
If you want all tasks to be displayed in the performer's workflow inbox (in other words, including tasks with a lower priority), set the Ignore Priorities indicator in IMG activity Ignore Priorities for Tasks.
