Use
When you create a claim, the system performs a check for duplicates, in other words it searches for claims with the relevant internal claim type and the specified claim date to avoid duplicate creation of the same claim.
In this field you enter the maximum number of days that the claim date of the claim to be created may deviate from the date of the claims searched through in the check for duplicates and displayed as possible duplicates.
Dependencies
Example
If you specify three days in this field and a claim is reported on June 20, 2000, all claims between June 17 and June 23, 2000 (inclusive) will be searched through in the check for duplicates.
