Definition

Means that the system flags the task as Completed as soon as you navigate to the relevant screen under the control of activity management.

Use

You should normally only set this flag with tasks that are for information purposes, in other words tasks in which the user does not have to check anything or perform any activity.

If you do not select the checkbox, the task is flagged as Completed in the following other cases:

• Once you have navigated to the relevant screen in Activity Management, you can manually flag the task as Completed (this is typically the case with tasks of a "Check..." nature).
• Once you have navigated to the relevant screen in Activity Management and performed the activities for this task, the system flags the task as Completed (this is typically the case with tasks of a "Complete Data" nature).
